- Lentil-BHGC Cryptomatte behavior has been been fixed! Cryptomatte now works in IPR mode. All Arnold 7.3.5.0+ users should download the new Lentil-BHGC 2024.12.1 installer.

- As a result of Arnold's recent Cryptomatte changes, Cryptomatte no longer works with Lentil in IPR mode and will cause the render to hang. However, Cryptomatte appears to still be fully functional when rendering to disk. The workaround for now is remove all Cryptomatte AOVs when working with interactive renders in your DCC. For final frame rendering Cryptomatte can be added back in. This issue does not affect any other AOVs.

- There was a problem with the User Guide included in the Windows installer. A correct version of UserGuide.pdf has been added to the downloads page.

- Since Arnold no longer includes a separate cryptomatte.dll, the Cryptomatte portions of the Lentil-BHGC Windows installer have been removed and the User Guide updated. Users of 7.3.5.0+ should download lentil-bhgc_windows_installer_2024.11.0.zip. This installer will not work with pre-7.3.5.0 version of Arnold.

- Arnold recently added a new implementation of Cryptomatte. Happily, it is compatible with Lentil-BHGC! Lentil-BHGC 2024.8.1 should continue to work with Arnold 7.3.5.0 and newer.

- Lentil-BHGC 2024.8.1 has been released!
- New universal Windows installer for Maya, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Gaffer and 3ds Max.
- Works with Arnold 7.3.1.0 and later.
- Note that the operator has been removed from Lentil-BHGC. Any operators will have to be deleted from old scenes for compatibility.

- Arnold 7.3.3.1 fixes a breaking bug and Lentil-BHGC 2024.8.0 now works with it. Download the build and follow the instructions in the July 23 update below.

- Added a beta build that works with the new Arnold Imager introduced in 7.3.1+. This version of Lentil no longer uses an Operator. Make sure to remove the Operator from existing scenes and .ass files. To install, download the 2024.7.0 version for your operating system and overwrite lentil.dll/so in your Lentil or C4DtoA install folder and cryptomatte.dll/so in your Arnold install folder.
